2 years or so ago, the University of Utah set up a demo with the BYU folks. Just kind of walked through what they had built when we were raw ServiceNow recruits. It really helped us out. Is there any interest out there to set up something like that or maybe set up inter-organizational conference/web-ex calls?
I, for one, would be very interested in anything fancy that groups have developed in house, or even practices that groups have in place. It would be a demo where we could get super geeky with our questions and to really learn how we’re doing stuff.
Again, we do a lot of stuff, but it’s hard to judge it because we are in a silo here at the U. Any takers, let me know.

USU would be happy to participate, either learn from what others are doing or share some of the things we have done.

I'm interested in a conference call. I have a good example of what you should not do in ServiceNow!

the U is very interested. Anyone who wants to start some logistical discussions, my contact info is adam.howsley@utah.edu. We’ve done some things that (we think) are cool in the portal, but have a lot of interest in what other people are doing. We have also been doing a lot of work in shared-instance, core system, delegated development set up. We would also be interested in a best practices discussion (and to magically have Ali’s code check tool) with any takers.

BYU would be interested in well. Our developers are working on transitioning to a new SN website landing page using portals, plus moving us to out-of-the-box. I'm specifically interested in learning more about what others are doing with service portfolio/catalog. We currently don't have a portfolio, and our catalog needs a lot of work. Our finance team and PPMO are also moving into NetSuite, which will impact catalog.
