After many years without a SNUG Leader, I'm very happy to announce that Jason Kennedy from Fraser Health is taking the helm!

 

Jason J. Kennedy brings a wealth of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) as a leader in Fraser Health’s Service Management Office, and years of ITSM work in various industries prior. Jason focuses on advancing ITSM maturity, emphasizing digital transformation and customer experience through modern Service Hub architectures and the ServiceNow platform.

He is a certified ITIL professional and has been dedicated to leveraging ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Jason looks forward to collaborating with fellow SNUG members to explore new ideas, share best practices, and foster a community of learning and growth within the Vancouver, British Columbia, and world-wide ServiceNow ecosystem.
