Digital Product Release to manage ServiceNow development work?

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone is using Digital Product Release to manage their ServiceNow development work. If so, what has been your experience and at what maturity level are you at. What pitfalls to avoid and what best practices worked best for you.
My Org is new to managing our own instance to hoping to start with good practices early on.

Greetings,
We don't use Digital Product Release so I am not able to comment on the product. We currently use Visual Task Boards which allow us to create streams, create a backlog and build releases from the items in the Task Board. I am sure it is not as fancy as and complete as the DPR but it "may" provide you with a good stepping stone to get your feet wet as you get your processes in place and then mature up to the DPR.

We are trying out VTB as well as the Agile module to build up our processes and what works for us. I've also been checking out the Platform Academy details on DPR as well. I like some of the aspects that handle the approval and sign off activities making it easier to get accountability.
