Hello!
We are still looking for a customer to be the SNUG Leader for our Vancouver SNUG!
SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge. The Customer Participation guide provides more information about the role further along with best practices for SNUG Leaders. SNUG Leaders must be customers, partners are not allowed to participate in this role.
Here is a quick snapshot of the role:
- Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the member community including dates, venues, and topics
- Help identify customer speakers
- Assist in identifying potential customer hosts or make venue location suggestions
- Provide program feedback and ideas as needed
- Emcee at meetings if possible
- Promote online community involvement by posting questions and articles to encourage an on-going dialog with community members
- Yearly time commitment ~2-3 hours of planning meetings and community posts throughout the year, and attending the SNUG meeting ~6 hours.
