Matthew Fanning ran an ITSM Pro workshop for 162 people, and gurus Cindy McGreevy , Jamie Turner, and Bill Conrad answered all of the questions that came in fast and furious! Thank you to our SNUG MC, Josh Axelson and to Estefany Becerril for bringing our customers up to speed on all-things training and certifications. Logan Evans came through with a customer Q&A with FCL, and Cindy McGreevy walked through what a Strategic Alignment Workshop is. Finally, thanks to Nathan Roarty for walking us through some 2021 highlights and keeping our customers engaged with polls.
