I'm excited about the upcoming feature set with Xanadu... and with most upgrades, sometimes the exciting features are walled off because of the licensing we don't have in place.
How can I tell what licensing we have?
Is there a place I can look in ServiceNow to see what is licensed / what is "out of bounds"?
(someone else manages our instance so nobody at my organization is a System administrator).
In-house we say we have "ITSM" licensing, but this doesn't allow us to have "performance analytics or chatbots".
So when I see the Xanadu demo and I get excited about; "integration with MS Teams" or "AI agents that can be programmed to take actions and then be overseen by humans." Is all of that within reach for an organization with "ITSM" licensing?
Or is it all behind a "higher trim level" layer of licensing (and funding we would have to justify?)
Thanks for any pointers you can offer.

Hi @Gmckone ,
You can find licences that you have by following below way.
1. Type "Subscription" on global search window.
2. Click "All subscriptions" that is under Subscription Management section.

When I use the global search I do not see a "subscription Management" section.
I wonder if the display of this is restricted.
Can you suggest a URL to access the list view directly?
