Hi everyone,

I've been in an Administrator position for nearly 5 months now, with a total of 8 months of ServiceNow exposure. I came across the Melbourne User Group back in November last year and am wondering if it's still an active group. It seems like other states, like Queensland, have more regular meetups (monthly or bi-monthly), and I’m curious to know if the Melbourne group holds similar events or if there’s less activity in this region.

I'm really eager to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and learn about the exciting projects others are working on. If anyone has information on upcoming meetups or events, or if you’d like to connect, please let me know!

I've ran ServiceNow for 7 years as application platform owner and handled both implementations and operations support for ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request), ITOM (Mapping & Discovery), FSM, HRSD, SPM (Time, Demand, Project & Portfolio Management) as well as integrations from Change Management to Request with online batch job systems and firewall management systems.
