I want to know if there is any plugin/ other way to manage business requirement in servicenow? As, I don't want to use Non standard service request process to manage requirements.

Thank you for your prompt response. So far this plugin seems to be a right solution. Do you use this module? Just curious to find out average implementation timelines for this if we choose to go with complete out of box solution.

Hi Mandy,

I have not used it before , but came across it during a demo session by ServiceNow :-).

From past experiences any out of box solution requires time and effort to be spend in user acceptance and training.

And this plugin is available only on subscription basis so you might have to think about that as well.
