Hi,

I want to know if there is any plugin/ other way to manage business requirement in servicenow? As, I don't want to use Non standard service request process to manage requirements.

Hi Mandy,

You could also consider using the SDLC module to capture these and to turn the requirements into User Stories. This would then allow the requirements to be prioritised and categorised and then added to the Planning board (visual) for allocation into sprints/releases against specific products.

I use the SDLC module for this. It probably took about a week to customise it to suit our specific business needs though.
