Ahoy @MuthukumarG0970,
could you provide screenshot or more details? What location are you trying to access and by which user?
Also, haven't you been impersonating for some user in previous steps?
It's likely that you impersonated for Platform User, Eric Schroeder or any other user but are accessing something for System admin.
When you go to homepage of your instance, what user is in the top-right corner?
If you don't see this menu bar, then remove everything that follows after ".com"
Example:
From:
https://dev378178.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_user_role.do%3Fsys_id%3D049d55090a0a0a660162aa57a266b241%26sysparm_record_target%3Dsys_user_role%26sysparm_record_row%3D2%26sysparm_record_rows%3D9%26sysparm_record_list%3DnameSTARTSWITHuser%255EORDERBYname
To:
https://dev378178.service-now.com/And press enter, it will redirect you to the homepage.
Also, if you are currently impersonating someone then there is this red line in the top:

@MuthukumarG0970 verify with Navigating to System Diagnostics > Cache Flush and click Flush Cache if you verified below:
1. You must have the impersonator role to impersonate others.
2. Ensure the user record that you trying to impersonate has Active = true.

Try same thing in Incognito/Inprivate browser
Or
Try to clear the cache and see if it works
If not , share the error screen shot.
Are you logged in as Admin while getting this error message
If you have credential separately in mail for lab instance, try to login using login.do
