After submitted catalog item, the Automated workflow to be initiated, but RITM is cancelled

Dear ServiceNow Community Members kindly help, if possible

I am using the Zurich Version

1. Create catalog Item, where it has only 3 fields (1. Requested by, 2. Requested for 3. Device Name)

'Requested by' is auto populated field of user name

'Requested for' user can search the name

'Device Name' is auto populated the based on name select from 'Requested for'

2. After filled 'Requested for' (Where other two fields are auto populated)

3. Verify information and click 'Submit'

4. Now the expected behavior: Automated workflow, suppose to be initiated, this automated workflow is pre defined using this catalog item (With help of 'Integration of Hubflow')

5. Issue: Now after catalog item is submitted, RITM is getting cancelled automatically, with out initiating the Automated Workflow. Please verify attached images for your reference.

Hi @aravind1patil1 ,

 

Could you please check the flow designer executions and verify whether the flow is getting triggered for the RITM? this will help to identify if the issue is with the trigger configuration or during execution.   
If this information proves useful, kindly mark it as helpful or accepted solution.

Hi Arvind,

I have 2 quick things to ask:
- What are you updating in Step 2 & 4?
- Can you check if your Flow's Run as is set to "User who initiates session"?
