Hope you are doing well,
We have a requirement to add an announcement or short notice feature in the Virtual Agent chatbox, similar to how we post announcements on the portal.
In case of any outages or issues, customer would like add the message in the Virtual agent chatbox, with the ability to remove it once the issue is resolved.
The end user should be able to view these announcements on both mobile devices and in the MS Teams Virtual Agent chat.
Could someone assist us in achieving this requirement?

Have you looked into using the OOB Dynamic Greeting Content, or copying that topic and customizing it to use the Announcements instead of Outages? On the right side of the topic flow you can see it checks to see if an Outage exists, then displays the message.
