AWA doesn't seem to be working - Interactions are auto-assigned to a service account.

Hi Community,
I'm facing an issue with AWA configuration in one of our demo instances. The service channel, queue, and associated entities are configured properly, but the interaction is always getting assigned to 'Conghaile Rowland', who is none other than a service account. This account is not part of any queue and doesn't have relevant roles to act like an agent. To add on, I have tried finding this particular account in my PDI, but I was not able to find the same. Can anybody advise on how to troubleshoot this issue? Please DON'T SHARE THE AWA CONFIGURATION DOCUMENT; I have gone through that a thousand times.
Any help would be much appreciated!
