Hi @pdurgapavan

May i know why you want a caller to see interaction, it is something for internal user / purpose not for caller.

My org is wanting to add Interaction cards to the 'My Requests' section of the employee center. I have found where the Source Configurations can be added to that page, but they use the Task table as the base_table. Is there any way to incorporate Interactions into that easily? The reason that they want to do this is to allow for end users to navigate to the communication with our technicians until a Request/Incident is created for them.
