Left: You can only create one VirtualAgent, and the same VirtualAgent will be displayed on the published portal (screen).
Right: Now Assisst In VirtualAgent allows you to create multiple VirtualAgents, and you can display different VirtualAgents for each portal. There cannot be duplicates.

Multiple chatbots can be created for different portals and every chatbot can be configured separately. So to answer your question, Yes we can have multiple virtual agents.
