I have created a topic in VA which has serveral topic blocks like : ticket status, raise ticket, live agent, knowledge search, sharepoint,etc.
Now i am trying to implement NLU with VA. I happen to found that NLU intents are matched with topics and not topic blocks. Does it mean i need to convert all these topic blocks to topics and publish them separately?
Also I tried creating several test topics in sandbox and tried publishing them but in Virtual agent only one topic is visible with topic blocks in it.
Please tell me how to approach this.
