Claim CSA Voucher

Hello everyone,

I completed the course Fundamental in SN page and a voucher was shared to be used until 4th March, 2026.

Checking the page again, I am unable to see the Voucher page to claim it right now.

Please, let me know how to finds the page and claim the voucher to make the CSA exam.

I think vouchers are no longer required, you just need to do the prerequisites and then it will show up on the https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/my-exams page to register. 

If you have all the pre-requisites from here : https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&achievement_i... and you don't see the option to register on the my exams page, maybe you will need to raise a case

Since late 2025 , the voucher concept is no longer valid.

You need to register the exam via Pearson Vue from ServiceNow University. If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay $300 plus taxes, (= $354).
