Hello,
We're aiming to send 2 questiones CSAT survey to 'Reporting user' of an incident - when it is moving to 'closed'. We want to send it through our virtual agent by teams.
Is it possible?

@ronalmogext and do you have integrated SN and Teams? There's an IntegrationHub spoke to achieve this.
Now does it already trigger? If not, but it might require collaboration from the Microsoft side

We're currently using an OOB configuration to send approval notifications to approvers on MS Teams with our virtual agent. Can we just try and replicate it? Won't it cause conflicts?
