Hi @community,

Is there any way to convert the catalogue item/category to another when the ticket is raised incorrectly

@PayashYou have a option to add the catalog item to multiple categories as per the below article.

As per the process, its not a good practice to change the values after submission of the request.

- You can raise on behalf of the requestor using the correct catalog item. 

- Request the user to raise a new one by cancelling and updating the additional comments appropriately by providing all details.
