I created an update set for a topic in the development environment and when I previewed it in the test environment, I get the following error message.
What could be the problem?

Could not find a record in sys_cs_topic for column compiled_topic referenced in this update
■Remote update
sys_cb_design_topic_[sys_id].
There is no record of [sys_id] in sys_cb_design_topic table, not even in the development environment.
The record of [sys_id] in Missing Item of sys_cs_topic is not even in the development environment.
For my part, I believe that the update can be skipped because the record does not exist even in the development environment.
Is there any problem with this handling?
