Custom Virtual Agent Feedback Setup Topic is not working

Hello All,

 

I have requirement to update virtual agent feedback survey to include more questions.

Steps I followed:

1. I have created New chat survey definition as per requirement

2. I have cloned OOTB Virtual agent Feedback setup topic and created new once.

3. I have attached newly created survey sysid to cloned Virtual Agent feedback setup topic.

4. I have aslo created new NLU model with intent to cloned Virtual Agent Feedback setup topic.

 

Still when I'm checking the virtual agent chat, New survey is not working in MS-Teams or portal.(Teams is already integrated)

 

What could be the reason? What all places I need to make changes so that it should work.

 

Please suggest also suggest if this approach is correct or not.
