Examples of creating small talks in - Virtual Agent Tokyo release

Hi I am learning Virtual agent and fairly new but I want to learn to create small talks but I have there is much information around this topic in the Tokyo release. If someone has examples then would appreciate or knows the process to create would be happy.

I have done the simulator but teaches you to how to create topics I am trying create "Small Talks" during the interaction.
