We’re looking to integrate ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent with SharePoint to allow users to access SharePoint content directly through the Virtual Agent.
For example, if a user inquires about the leave policy, the Virtual Agent should fetch relevant documents from SharePoint and present either the links or the content within the chat window.
Background: We use SharePoint for various documents like policies and KB articles, and we have ServiceNow with Virtual Agent enabled. This integration will help users quickly find the information they need, reducing their effort in finding what they need.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, documentation, or steps on how to achieve this integration. Your prompt assistance and guidance on this matter would be invaluable.
