Hi @AKSHATJ

  • Repair core incident management plugin  com.snc.incident_management
  • Clear Instance cache using Cache.do in navigator and hit enter
  • Validate it.

Hi @AKSHATJ,

Open any INC record and Check XML using Show XML UI Action.

Verify if problem_id field is there in it.

If it is there, then issue is with form view.

@AKSHATJ

problem_id field is out of the box on incident table

Sometimes the PDIs are having inconsistencies with regards to ITSM modules etc

So better you release this PDI and get new one

@Ankur Bawiskar this is a terrible suggestion, sorry. Can you share a single inconsistency in PDI according to non-PDI? :))

The Problem field seems to be removed in Australia, releasing and requesting new PDI will not change anything about it. @AKSHATJ not recommended to do so. Not only you would lose your progress but also there's a waiting list to get a new PDI so be careful about doing this.

Instead, it might be using Parent field, you can review this.
