How can I move the help text below?

How can I move the help text below? I changed the catalog builder and this setting applies to all help texts; now all the text is to the side. I need to adjust it and move the text to the bottom.

Can you share what setting did you change in catalog builder.

Or help us to replicate.

you trying to view the catalog item  in service portal or catalog builder itself.

Did you recently upgrade?

If yes and you upgraded to Zurich then it's a known issue on catalog item and here is the workaround

You need to upgrade to Zurich Patch 5
