How can we replace "Minimize chat window" with "End conversation" option in Virtual Aget.

Hi there,

I wanted to replace "Minimize chat window" with "End conversation" option in VA but I am not sure what needs to be done as I can't see any OOTB way to achieve this

I was able to modify minimize chat icon with CSS but backend behavior should end the chat not only minimize it. Please let me know if there is any document/methos from ServiceNow which I can use to implement above.
