Hello ,
Is it possible to disable the OOB "Attach button" to include the KB link, and replace with two separate buttons there (Add Internal, Add External) that will insert the link to the Internal Work Notes or Comments (customer visible) fields respectively?
Is anyone has any way to configure this?
