I have created the flow for my service catalog. I associate it with the catalog item, and when I run a test, the request is always created with the status "Not Yet Requested" in the "Approval" field and "Pending Approval" in Request state.
Only when I manually change the values to "Approved," the flow won't get attached to RITM, it doesn't even appear in the executions.

when your REQ gets approved the RITM flow kicks in
REQ gets auto approved if price is less than $1000

I clicked that by mistake, anyways. Price of the item is 0.00, but REQ is not getting auto approved. Also, what I know this approval thing for REQ depends on workflow: service catalog request. But there are no workflows visible on my instance. PFA images for reference.

Hi @JigyasaA3206206 ,
Verify that request has any workflow/flow attached to it.
Use Related Links to verify the attached workflow.
If no workflow is attached, make suer OOB workflow/flow is available and active. If OOB workflow/flow does not exist create a new flow OR import "Service Catalog Request" flow from a PDI.
ServiceNow has moved all it's OOB workflows to flow designer flows.
Thanks
Anand
