How to change the filter condition of Open Issues link in Virtual agent Chatbot ?

Hello Everyone
Currently , the Open Issues link in virtual agent chatbot is showing the requests, incidents and requested items list.
I want to restrict that list only to incidents and requested items and requests needs to be removed from that list.
Can anyone help me to achieve it ?
