How to change the order of topics on the Virtual Agent "Show all topics" screen

Is there currently no way to change the order of topics on the "Show all topics" screen of Virtual Agent?
The following knowledge says it cannot be done.

@NatsukiO There is a way to promote topics, I believe upto 6 topic.

You can pick 6 topics which will be shown at top, I believe that will solve your purpose.

Hi @NatsukiO,
There is no way to change the order of topics on the "Show all topics" screen of Virtual Agent
Although, if you want to create a new section go through these ->
1. How to show topics in Virtual Agent under a category - Support and Troubleshooting
2. Create or modify custom categories
