how to find table if i know the sysid

There is an issue with a user, user was unable to have the 'msg body field' where we used to write mails. I checked the group and roles by comparing with a user who have similar access and functions in organizational, compared their profile didn't find any serious difference, still wondering how it happened?

User snutils /sysid command and type your sysid in below format

/sysid <your_sys_id>

it will automatically open that record.
