How to set requested_for Value in creating sc_task using flow designer

I have to create a recurring sc_task ,
when I'm developing this solution by using flow designer, I want to set requested for value for the RITM, in the flow I have added an user, but in the created record requested for value is empty, how can I resolve this..

from this requested for field, I have selected suggested persona,
and added short description and description also. those can see in the created record, but requested for field is comes with empty

flow is triggering on what operation and on what table?
why are you creating RITM like that?
that's not how RITMs get created
They usually get created along with REQ when user submits catalog item
