In the SC Task, one of the variables is request type, which has three choices. Based on the selected choices, different related URLS are displayed in the portal for the user to review and submit the request.
These URLs are showing correctly, but in the SC Task form, they should be non-editable and non-clickable. I need a way to make these URL read only so that users can view them but not modify or click them. I have created that in Rich text .
