issue in sections

I'm service now new learner. Thanks for advance.

I have created sections. Currently, they are appearing side by side, but I want the Basic section to appear as a single section, and the remaining sections to be displayed side by side. Please help me how to do this. Please find the screenshot

Do you have any empty section on first position :

bcz that will look like this :

Make sure you aligned the main section first and then below the related one's :
