How can I explore Servicenow ITAM module on YouTube and Udemy there aren't any classes any one can suggest to me

In regards to training material & exploring, i highly recommend the material from the ServiceNow university:

IT Asset Management (ITAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Implementer - ServiceNow University

IT Asset Management (ITAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Implementer - ServiceNow University

As for interview questions:

1) Make sure you are comfortable on how Asset Management is related & differs from the CMDB

2) Get familiar with licensing for assets

3) Make sure you understand the link of contracts, consumables, assets & licensing consumption

4) Get familiar with the cost framework

Specific questions depend entirely on the industry & infrastructure scope.
