Make attachment mandatory when check box is selected in native UI

By default, ServiceNow enforces mandatory attachments only in the Service Portal when using the portal attachment widget. To make attachments mandatory in the Native UI as well, What to do when it need to visible in native UI.

Hi @NSowgnar,
Are you referring to when you select the 'Mandatory Attachment' option on the Portal Setting tab within the catalog item?
If so, I experience the same behaviour however if you add the attachment variable type to your catalog item and mark it as mandatory, then it's mandatory in both the Service Portal and the native UI.
