Mapping wizard varibles to change request varibale to add in email notification.

Hi ServiceNow community,

I'm new to change management and Wizards, I've a requirement to map the wizard variables to the changement variables on submit. Thereafter, I need to create an email notification to send when the change is updated with the fields fro the Wizard Panel.
