Hi Team ,

Need quick help on on report 

1.MTTR - Interaction Management 

Please guide me and help me to achieve the requirement .Which is the best practice to create above report and methods with solution .i will provide you the required information .We are in zurich release we are using normal reports and PA

interactions are not meant to be resolved, they are meant to be closed.

I don't think this is a valid business requirement as nobody works on interaction as those are not tickets, they are simply used to capture the interaction of the user.

Hi @Snehal  ,

 

What is your question and where do you get stuck in the development? In general when talking about MTTR, you need a calculation, hence performance analytics would be the best approach when you have the license for it.
