Now Assist Virtual Assistant fallback not working correctly.

'Now Assist Fallback' offers the record producer listed in the Conversational Interfaces>Assistants page, but when you click the button, it gives the message "Thanks for chatting! I'll go ahead and close this conversation now. I'm here if you need anything else".

Similar problem, but instead of closing, it asks for the user to input the description of their problem.

After entering the description and submitting, the VA now searches the entered description. Offering potential solutions rather than recording the description for the case. It seems it treats it as a new search.
