I received an email notification stating that my recent request to activate the Glide Virtual Agent and Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations plugin on my Personal Development Instance (dev436522) was unsuccessful.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue or re-triggering the activation for my instance?
