Hi all,

 

Am having 3 yrs of experience in  support. i want to switch in ServiceNow . i have  admin knowledge  

Can you please guide me how to start ? how to prepare for interviews as 3 yrs of hands on experience . 

and how to get opportunity in Snow.

 basically you start lambing the foundation, key elements, best practice and security perspective when it comes to ServiceNow - remember 3 years of experience / admin knowledge doesn’t segregate you from all other applications - so what does?
