Reactive the user account

Most of the user not used ServiceNow more than 30 days so account has been deactivate. ServiceNow user profile is deactivated , now need to reactive , how to proceed user profile without duplicate this enable all in single changes

Could you confirm the source of users in the User table (e.g., Azure Active Directory or another system)?

If you are running a synchronization job and have implemented logic in the transform map script that prevents inactive users from being updated, please remove that restriction.

 

Ideally, user records should be properly synchronized from the source system to ServiceNow without any limitations.
