I’m learning ServiceNow and looking for proper detailed notes or learning material that explains modules with practical examples.

 

I specifically want resources that include:

 

ServiceNow Fundamentals - ITSM

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Step-by-step examples for creating Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests

Real-time scenarios and workflows

Screenshots or hands-on exercises if possible

 

I’m looking for notes/tutorials that are beginner-friendly but also detailed enough to understand how things work in real projects.

Create an account on NowLearning and start there. Foundation/Fundamentals/CIS courses not only explain how ServiceNow works, but also how the processes run and are configured on ServiceNow.

And ServiceNow is ITIL based (when it comes to ITSM), so for more info on the processes themselves, you can check ITIL itself.
