Hello,
Please enable HR Service Delivery Pro entitlements for our sub-production instance, including:
- com.snc.hr.lifecycle (Lifecycle Events)
- com.snc.hr_journey (Employee Journeys)

We have an active HRSD Pro subscription.

The URL you mentioned is for PDI. In PDI, you can't access Pro Plus plugins. However, if you want to practice, you can use the simulator instance provided with specific courses, where those plugins are available. You won't be able to use them in PDI. Alternatively, if your work involves that module, you can also use the plugins in your office instance.

 

I am sharing the procedure with you. If you have the opportunity, you can try these steps in the accessed instance.

 

To enable HR Service Delivery Pro entitlements for your sub-production instance, including the modules com.snc.hr.lifecycle (Lifecycle Events) and com.snc.hr_journey (Employee Journeys), follow these steps:

Steps to Enable HRSD Pro Entitlements

  1. Access Subscription Management

    • Log in to your sub-production instance as an admin.

    • Navigate to Subscription Management > Subscriptions.

    • Select your active HRSD Pro subscription.

  2. Activate Required Plugins

    • Under Subscription Applications, locate the HRSD Pro product.

    • Find and activate the following plugins:

      • com.snc.hr.lifecycle (Lifecycle Events)

      • com.snc.hr_journey (Employee Journeys)

    • If the plugins are not listed, ensure your subscription includes them and contact your ServiceNow account manager for assistance.

  3. Plugin Activation Process

    • For non-production instances, you can activate plugins directly from the System Definition > Plugins page.

    • Search for each plugin by name, review dependencies, and click Activate.

    • Optionally, load demo data for testing purposes.

  4. Confirm Activation

    • After activation, verify the plugins are active by checking their status in the Plugins list.

    • Ensure the modules appear in the application navigator.

Additional Notes

  • If you encounter issues or the plugins are not available for activation, your subscription may need to be updated or your instance may require support from ServiceNow.

  • For production instances, plugin activation may require a support ticket or approval from ServiceNow.

Reference

  • ServiceNow documentation confirms that plugins included in your subscription can be activated via Subscription Management for production, and directly for non-production instances.​

  • If you need further assistance, contact your ServiceNow account manager or submit a support request through the ServiceNow portal.​

This process will enable the required HRSD Pro features for your sub-production instance.
