Does anyone worked on the service operation workspace - Respond - Create Automation feature in ServiceNow . Using this option i would like to send some information from ServiceNow to the third party tool via REST API using mid server. And also once the response received need to update the respectively record additional comments section. Please check and provide your inputs.
