hello
i had put pause condition to sla as the state is ON HOLD and RESOLVED but sla is working for ON HOLD condition but not for RESOLVED condition. pls help me with the issue where I went wrong.

What does it do on 'resolved'? Is it stopping, or just running through? And does that happen when you go from on hold to resolved, or what actions are you taking? The pause condition itself seems to be OK.

hello for replying ,
actually after setting the state to resolved in order to pause the sla . the sla is in still in progress state(running through).
on moving from ON HOLD to RESOLVED state sla is still in paused state
i first try to pause sla through ONHOLD state and the resume it again paused it by RESOLVED state but sla did not et paused it was still in progress state
