I am currently stuck on Task 06: Display Audit Results on Compliance Scorecard in the CMDB Health Micro-Certification simulator.
Here is what I have already verified and performed:
Audits Configuration: Under Compliance > Desired State > Audits, I have set Active = false for all base system/out-of-the-box audits, and kept only my custom Windows Audit active (Active = true). I double-checked across pages to ensure no other base audits are active.
Scheduled Job Execution: I opened the Scheduled Jobs list, navigated to CMDB Health Dashboard - Compliance Score Calculation, and clicked Execute Now multiple times.
Despite this, whenever I click Validate Task in the course window, I consistently get the following error:
"Did you execute the scheduled job for the Compliance scorecard to update the dashboard? Your results should match the graphic."
Is there a specific cache clear, an extra configuration step, or a specific way the compliance score calculation needs to be triggered so the simulator's automated validation script recognizes it?
Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
