Typo Handling for AI Search doesn't work

Good morning, We currently have a search engine powered by AI Search. According to the product information, it includes a simple typo correction feature. However, we haven't found an easy way to fix it unless it involves scripting, and it almost doesn't work. Could you explain how the tool works and whether it's available for all ServiceNow memberships? Thank you.

You can enable typo handling auto-correction for a search application :
Navigate to All > AI Search > Search Experience > Search Applications
