virtual Agent(ATF)

Hi all,

I am new to ATF and have been automating ITSM flows in our organization’s instance. We have a scenario where we need to create an Incident through the Virtual Agent in the Employee Center portal and perform some validations through the Virtual Agent. Is it possible to achieve this using ServiceNow ATF?
Could anyone please guide me on how to implement this? It is a high priority, as I need to provide a solution by the end of the sprint.
