Virtual Agent Designer Topic stuck on 'Connecting'

Hi all, I am having trouble opening any topics from Virtual Agent Designer. When I navigate to Virtual Agent > Designer, the page prompts me to log in again which I've not seen before (see screenshot). Once I click any topic to view or edit, it only ever shows 'Connecting' and never loads anything else. The same issue occurs whether I provide my credentials or not (the list of topics loads but I can't open any of them). I've even tried a different browser.

I did see this KB but the cause doesn't seem to apply to my situation. I don't see any records with (empty) name. I also confirmed my account has the required roles for VA Designer.
Has anyone else seen this and resolved the issue? Thanks.va_connecting.jpg

We had the same issue and the below KB fixed it for us. There is a system property, glide.ui.escape_all_script, that is recommended to be true, but ours was false. After we updated this property and cleared cache, we are no longer stuck on connecting.

It works for me to change the value to 'true'.
